Service is the life blood of our organization. ACT recognizes how
important quality service is to the customer. The ACT team of
dedicated service technicians and system engineers are available
24/7/365 days a year to maintain and support your security system. All
of our technical employees are factory certified on the products we
represent to provide the highest quality service in our industry.
ACT provides for a complete offering of maintenance agreements.
Service offerings are versatile and designed to meet the customer’s
needs, expectations, and budget.
These offerings vary in diversity and complexity from 24-hour
seven-day per week full-service coverage, including periodically
scheduled preventative maintenance, to more conventional service
applications conducted during regular business hours. Depot maintenance
is also offered in instances where the client’s desire is directed
toward self-maintenance of field repairs, with the repair of field
components undertaken at our facility.
In conjunction, system training is offered and provided both on
site, as well as off site where applicable, to insure that a thorough
understanding of the system capabilities is achievable. ACT does not
provide limits on the level or degree of training provided in an effort
to insure administrative functionality.
