Project Services

Customer Analysis

ACT offers no-cost or obligation services directed toward the identification of customer needs and requirements in an effort to develop specific product applications that provide meaningful and cost-effective solutions for the present, as well as provision for future growth and expansion. On-site meetings of all applicable personnel provide for an interactive exchange of thoughts, ideas, and solutions before proposal development takes place.

Site Survey Analyses

A complete review of the actual site location comprising appropriate ACT system design engineering personnel is available to insure that the system analysis is both thorough and complete. By interacting with the client on site, a better understanding of the scope of the project is developed to assure that the proposed system application is suitable for present and future requirements.

Product Demonstration

An on-site visit where actual product to be incorporated is presented and discussed with respect to features, functions, and benefits in order to achieve a level of product suitability. In some instances, product demonstrations may take place at actual customer site locations to derive a hands-on application and present a better understanding of the product functionality.

Proposal Presentation

Security-system products and services are presented and reviewed in an effort to establish an understanding of the scope of work as well as the cost feasibility. Here, a thorough review of the system application and implementation responsibilities is reviewed to establish the basis for project implementation.

Engineering Documents

ACT engineers will develop CAD drawings (blueprints) consisting of point-to-point drawings, riser drawings, and typical wiring diagrams for all equipment to be provided. This insures consistency and maintains the quality of the installation. Suitable drawings also provide a permanent record of what was done allowing for follow-up system analysis and maintenance.

Project Management

Project schedules are developed, and on-site review and evaluation of the installation in undertaken on a consistent basis to insure the integrity of the installation and to allow reaction to on-site modifications in a timely and consistent manner. Progress updates can be provided to insure that time schedules are met leading to a smooth transition.

Support Services

Subsequent to the completion of the installation parameters, a detailed check of ALL of the system components, connections, and wiring is undertaken to insure that the system integrity is in tact. Upon system initialization a site walk-through is undertaken in conjunction with the client to demonstrate the functionality of each component.

In conjunction, system training is offered and provided both on site, as well as off site where applicable, to insure that a thorough understanding of the system capabilities is achievable. ACT does not provide limits on the level or degree of training provided in an effort to insure administrative functionality.

ACT provides for a complete offering of maintenance agreements. Service offerings are versatile and designed to meet the customers needs, expectations, and budget.

These offerings vary in diversity and complexity from 24-hour seven-day per week full-service coverage, including periodically scheduled preventative maintenance, to more conventional service applications conducted during regular business hours. Depot maintenance is also offered in instances where the clients desire is directed toward self-maintenance of field repairs, with the repair of field components undertaken at our facility.
