Access Control Technologies was established in 1989 with a company perspective directed toward the provision of quality products and services in the area of security with particular emphasis placed upon the discipline of access control.
Service and customer satisfaction are the specific goals and direction by which the company would establish its focus. With a well articulated core ideology in place, ACT began to establish the basic principles which would need to be instituted in order to insure that service and customer satisfaction would become common practices of each client relationship.
A Solid Foundation
Initial emphasis was first placed upon the identification of quality security products manufactured by name brand premier institutions possessing substantial engineering and support services. Distribution relationships were then established and comprehensive factory training was combined with on site supply of products and diagnostic tools to insure thorough and effective response to field issues.
Key areas of product focus were expanded to include CCTV, and more recently Video Imaging as the security marketplace matured. Services also expanded and developed to evolve ACT into a highly technical company with extensive experience in computer hardware and software related disciplines. This enabled the provision of turnkey installations incorporating a variety of ancillary products and engineered functions producing integrated management's systems.
With corporate headquarters in Clifton New Jersey and satellite offices in Connecticut, and Delaware, ACT is able to provide integrated security solutions involving Access Control, CCTV, Video Imaging and Alarm Monitoring to over 400 customers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Eastern Pennsylvania.
